Free Shipping
O envio gratuito é válido para todas as encomendas realizadas na leafsleep.com com morada de envio em Portugal continental.
For orders with a shipping address in the Autonomous Regions, an additional charge of €35 per unit applies.
The order value refers exclusively to the sum of the final product cost, any discount value is deducted at the time of purchase and already includes the additional transportation costs.
Delivery Times
Caso não exista nenhum impedimento de stocks, todas as encomendas realizadas em leafsleep.com são processadas logisticamente num prazo máximo de 3 dias úteis.
This time frame may be altered if one or more products in the order are temporarily out of stock.
If any of the products are unavailable, the customer will be contacted and informed of the expected restocking time.

Exchange and Return Policy

The cost of shipping returned products is the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return or exchange, simply:

- Specify the product(s) you wish to return and/or exchange.
Once you submit your return and/or exchange request, you will receive an e-mail, within a maximum of 10 days, confirming receipt of your request and providing details for returning the product(s).
It is important that:
- You wait for our email with the return details
- In order for the return and/or exchange to be processed, the products must be kept in their original condition, as received.
Return Rules
For the return and/or exchange to be accepted, it is essential that you comply with the following rules:
- The product must be sealed and in its original packaging;
- If the product’s box does not have a seal, the product's seal or any other protection should remain intact;
- You must ensure that all the enclosed components: samples, gifts, instructions, etc. are sent with the product, respecting the original shipping conditions;
- Keep the invoice, as a copy of it must accompany the return of the product.
Once the order has been confirmed, the maximum time frame for sending the product(s) to our address, along with a copy of the invoice, is 7 working days.
If the above conditions are met, the order value will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.
In the case of product exchanges, the shipping cost for the replacement product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
